The spiritual forefather of the persolog® Personality Factor Model is the American psychology professor Dr. John G. Geier, whose life's work until his death was to further develop the four behavioral dimensions of Dominant, Influencing, Steady and Conscientious and to place them on an even better scientific foundation.
Adapted to the target group of teenagers aged 12 to 17.
Contains a description of the behavioral dimensions D, I, S and C and corresponding behavioral tips, as well as an action plan.
